Direct answer
We score each clinic from 0 to 100 across five weighted factors: clinical credentials (30%), treatment breadth (25%), safety and monitoring (20%), review quality (15%), and value and transparency (10%). We verify credentials, audit public review corpora, and confirm service menus directly with each clinic. Rankings are editorial opinion, not paid placements.
